My favorite chia pudding recipe
There are many chia pudding recipes on the Internet. I want to share with you my favourite chia pudding recipe that I have been using day in and day out for at least as long as ten years (Yes, I know!)
I personally think that the best taste is achieved with almond milk. And the best proportions are one tablespoon chia seeds per 100 ml milk.
I usually make three portions of the pudding, divide them into three containers, and my husband takes one every day to his office. I make different toppings (nuts, seeds, dried berries, cacao nibs) for him every day so that he does not get bored.
- Ingredients
- 600 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 5-6 tbsp chia seeds
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and turn it on briefly. Let it stand for an hour and turn the blender on again briefly to prevent lumps from forming. Repeat again after an hour.
Don't plan to consume it immediately? Divide the chia pudding between three small bowls and put away in the fridge.
Serve this chia pudding with dried berries (currants, raisins, mulberries, etc.) and nuts/seeds of your choice.
